Chief Operating Officer: Laurent Amat

Laurent Amat is a senior leader with extensive experience in the delivery of complex projects and operational management across the Nordic region.

Laurent has built his career in the construction sector, leading projects where programme, commercial performance, supply chain coordination and execution are critical to success. His experience across the Nordic market has given him a thorough understanding of the local landscape, the subcontractor base and the operational challenges involved in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. He has worked closely with clients, project teams and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to strong commercial standards.

Laurent joined TSL in August 2026 as Chief Operating Officer for the Nordics. In this role, he is responsible for supporting project delivery across the region and for developing TSL's operational capability as the business continues to expand. His current focus is on the delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects in the Nordic market, supporting TSL's continued growth in complex digital infrastructure.

Chief Operating Officer: Paul Armstrong

Paul is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of international experience, specializing in sectors such as hyperscale data centers, high-end commercial residential fit-outs, industrial engineering, and marine outfitting. As Chief Operating Officer of TSL Poland, Paul is responsible for overseeing operations, strategy, and growth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions to clients across the region.

With a strong focus on business development, commercial management, contract management, and supply chain management, Paul leverages his extensive expertise to drive success across all project phases. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Paul brings a wealth of technical and managerial knowledge to his role.

Fluent in Polish and based in Poland since 2007, Paul hails from Belfast, N. Ireland, and is deeply committed to advancing the construction industry both locally and internationally.
