Chief Operating Officer: Paul Armstrong

Paul is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of international experience, specializing in sectors such as hyperscale data centers, high-end commercial residential fit-outs, industrial engineering, and marine outfitting. As Chief Operating Officer of TSL Poland, Paul is responsible for overseeing operations, strategy, and growth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions to clients across the region.

With a strong focus on business development, commercial management, contract management, and supply chain management, Paul leverages his extensive expertise to drive success across all project phases. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Paul brings a wealth of technical and managerial knowledge to his role.

Fluent in Polish and based in Poland since 2007, Paul hails from Belfast, N. Ireland, and is deeply committed to advancing the construction industry both locally and internationally.

TSL has established a presence in the Nordics with offices in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, enabling us to build strong local partnerships and closely support regional clients.
