Chief Operating Officer: John Kermath

John Kermath is a highly experienced leader in the Data Centre sector and has more than 20 years post graduate experience within the construction industry spanning across Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe.

As an accomplished construction professional, John is committed to establishing a culture of continuous improvement through all gateways of the projects he is involved with. John plays a key role in achieving challenging objectives while ensuring the safe delivery of the schedule and remaining compliant with policies, procedures, regulations and quality standards.

John has built up significant experience across a broad range of construction sectors including Aviation, Healthcare, Semi-conductors, Data Centres, Commercial & Residential, Demolition, Refurbishment, Civil/Infrastructure and Stadia.

For the last decade, John has worked on the delivery of large-scale Data Centre campuses both across Ireland & Mainland Europe.

Most recently, John led the international pre-construction team for all projects across the EMEA region for TSL, focusing largely on major digital infrastructure projects.
