TSL is proud to be delivering a major new facility for Greggs at Symmetry Park, Kettering, where a key project milestone was recently marked with a ceremonial steel signing event. The new 311,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre, due for completion in September 2025 and full operation in 2027, represents a significant investment in Greggs’ long-term growth strategy. As main contractor, TSL is progressing works on site with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. ​

We were pleased to welcome representatives from Greggs, North Northamptonshire Council, and our wider project partners to site, where they signed a section of structural steel before witnessing it being lifted into place—a symbolic moment in the development of this high-profile logistics scheme. TSL is proud to play a central role in delivering this important project and supporting the continued success of one of the UK’s most recognisable brands.
