TSL Group Announces 2025 Audited Financial Results

TSL reports continued growth across international markets

Key financial highlights for the financial year ending 31 December 2025:

•     Revenue increased 27% to £1.19bn (2024: £940m)

•     Profit after tax for the year increased to £35.9m (2024: £31.1m)

•     Gross margin remained consistent at 7.0% (2024: 7.1%)

•     Cash at bank increased to £184.2m (2024: £132.5m)

Growth has been driven by continued demand from longstanding client partnerships, the addition of significant new clients, and the expansion of the Group's operations into new territories

The Group also continued to invest capital into the business, positioning TSL for continued growth across its sectors of operation.

Jackie Wild, Group CEO said:

"2025 was a year of strong growth across the Group, driven by our valued client and supply chain partnerships and sustained focus on consistent delivery. Turnover increased by 27%, profit grew, and we ended the year with a healthy cash position. We also continued to invest capital in the business to enable our sustained growth as we deliver complex projects across a wide international footprint. With a strong pipeline confirmed for 2026and beyond, including major capital projects spanning several years, we remain focused on delivering technical construction and engineering excellence for our clients."
