TSL reports robust performance across international markets​

Key financial highlights:​

• Revenue increased 59% to £940m (2023: £593m)​
• Profit after tax for the year up 98% to £31.1m (2023: £15.7m)​
• Gross margin improved to 7.1% (2023: 5.8%)​
• Strong cash generation of £64m (2023: £15m)​

​The Group's growth has been driven by both expanding relationships with longstanding clients and developing new partnerships across its international markets.​

​TSL completed a group restructuring during 2024, with all TSL entities in the UK and overseas now consolidated under Tonroe Group Limited for reporting purposes, providing a clearer view of the international business' full performance. ​
